Summer in western countries with the quite low temperature will be a lot of fun and activities for people. Therefore, people do not worry about summer there a lot. However, for people from tropical countries, summer would be very hot, and everyone tends to stay inside the house to avoid the heat. So, here are some tips for you not to worry much about your weight in summer.
First of all, you have to think of your plan in advance before summer sets in. Plan all your activities in advance so that you have to think about all the schedule and things like that and arrange your time better. It is best to plan all activities as specific as possible. Do not make something too general because you are going to do those. Put a specific time for each activities and then you will know how to arrange your schedule.
Secondly, once you make a list of things you have to do, you have to follow it. Most of people in any activities make a mistake that they make schedule but they do not follow it later, even though the schedule is very specific and clear. For students, without schools or any part-time job, this is just the time for be fatten. So, stick to your schedule. Whatever happens, do not change it or replace your planned activities with others. Some might say maybe today they can sleep in and get up late, and maybe tomorrow you will do the same thing, and delay all your morning activities back.
Thirdly, list the things you can eat and the things you cannot eat. Summer is the season for all kinds of fruit. So, fruit would be on your top priority. Make it one of the essential food in your list. Also, in your list think of what you are going to avoid as well. Summer is the great time for all kinds of ice cream, and this is your enemy for your weight. If you do not control yourself, you will become fat very fast with just ice cream. So, eat them just a little though you love them very much.
Last but not least, you have to go to sleep early. Summer is the time for going out and barbecues. Therefore, you tend to sleep late and get up late too. Some people may think that going to bed late make you lose weight. It is true for normal people. However, to someone who will eat to make up for the less hours of sleeping, it will be wrong. You will get fat even faster if you go to bed later and eat late. Sleeping late means you will eat a lot late at night, which is not good at all for your weight. So, make yourself go to bed before 12pm. If possible, you can go to bed at 11, or even before 10. Experts say going to sleep before 10 is the best. However, it seems hard to do today, so you can go to bed a little later. However, never burn the night candle and go to bed after 12. If you can do this, you will be very much healthier and have better skin as well.
