We have all seen the big glossy figures from the MLM Network Marketing opportunities. We have seen the promises of making millions in a short period of time. We have been told about pay structures to infinity, etc. But, is MLM Network Marketing opportunities about the pay structure.
I remember hearing a quote by Henry Ford, and he once said that you can't make money by chasing it. And I believe that statement he said makes total sense.
When we chase, things are hard to come by. They are out of our reach, and unattainable. But, when we stop chasing, success starts to happen. And this is what I wanted to write to you about today.
You see, there are many home based business MLM Network Marketing opportunities and they all offer to make you rich. That being so, many people will jump into a Network Marketing opportunity, simply because the pay structure offers high payouts and says things like pays up to infinity!
Now you see infinity and think that is vast. You will make money, and get rich. The truth is that in most cases these people make no money or very little money.
We have all seen the salesman or woman who has a dollar sign in there eye. All they see is dollars, and want the sale. These people often have the worst sales records.
So, what makes the success? All we can look at is the success stories. And we see it time and time again. These successful people in home based business MLM Network Marketing opportunities are people who love what they do.
They want to serve and help. The product is something that interests them. For example a person selling encyclopedias maybe happy to have people learning. This is the salespersons passion. He or she wants to share the gift of knowledge; hence the person becomes helpful, wants to serve, and so makes money.
I am sure there are other encyclopedia salespeople who simply want the sale. Here are my books, they may say. But, without the enthusiasm sales don't happen.
Let's look at another example. Imagine for a moment, you want the biggest and best pay structures. You get into a swimming pool opportunity that allows you to sell swimming pools. It offers great money, but without the interest in the product, you can't serve people effectively. As motivation dwindles, there is no energy to continue.
Now, you don't have to be as passionate about your product as some people are in church. But, you do need to have some interest in that product and helping people. Yes, it needs to be a good product, at a good price, and yes it needs demand. But, when you add some level of passion for what you do, you will find much more success than those who simply run to the highest MLM Network Marketing pay structure.
